We helped smartkündigen broaden their business activities by transforming from a contract termination company to a contract management platform. By following a user-centered design process, we created a consistent product and brand experience for the web and a new mobile app channel. Our research and extensive user journey mapping ensured an exceptional user experience with attention to detail, including small animations, success micro-moments, and outstanding UI.
